Sexual harassment
Definition
Sexual harassment is the act of imposing, repeateadly, on a person words or behavior of a sexual nature that either offends his or her dignity by being degrading or humiliating, or creates a situation that is intimidating, hostile or offensive to him or her.
It also consists in, even in a non-repetitive manner, using any form of serious pressure for the real or apparent purpose of obtaining an act of a sexual nature for the benefit of the perpetrator or another person.
